Frequent headache Could it be a Brain Tumor?
People in general tend to get a headache from time to time, however if you have a headache every day, it may be possible that you have Chronic Daily Headache.
Instead of a specific type of headache, the daily chronic ones comprise a variety of subtypes of headache. "Chronic" refers to the frequency in which the pain occurs and the length of time the condition lasts.

Symptoms
Chronic headache appears 15 days or more per month, for more than 3 months. Chronic daily headaches are not caused by another condition.

Causes
The cause of chronic daily headache is not yet well understood, it does not have a detectable underlying cause.
Conditions that can cause non-primary chronic daily headache:
  • Inflammation or other problems of the blood vessels in and around the brain, such as stroke
  • Infections, such as meningitis
  • Too high or too low intracranial pressure
  • Brain tumor
  • Traumatic brain injury

Risk factors
Factors associated with frequent headaches are:
  • To be a woman
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Sleeping problems
  • Obesity
  • Snoring
  • Excessive caffeine consumption
  • Excessive use of headache medications
  • Other chronic pain disorders
 
Complications
If you have chronic daily headaches, you may have a high probability of having; Anxiety, Depression, Sleep Disorder and other physical and psychological problems.

Prevention
Taking care of yourself can help relieve chronic daily headaches.
  • Avoid headache triggers.
  • Avoid overuse of medications
  • Sleep enough.
  • Don't skip meals.
  • Exercise regularly.
  • Reduce stress.
  • Reduce caffeine.
