Read moreMy nephew attended BlueNetHospitals for hemodialysis for ten treatments over a period of three weeks. The entire experience from our original contact was excellent. The hospital administrator established contact with our home clinic so by the time we arrive all the documentation had been thoroughly processed by the receiving nephrologist and the nurse/ technician. On our arrival we were warmly greeted and the first treatment was underway within 10 minutes of our arrival. On every occasion the attending nurse/ technician was ready to start the dialysis in an outstanding professional manner. What was also great to observe was the warmth of his personality in getting to know my nephew, the three hours passed very quickly on each of the ten sessions. In addition, we had regular contact with a member of the administration checking that everything was working well for us. The hospital is to be congratulated on the care in testing of patients and accompanying visitors to maintain a Covid Free environment. This was our third time of my nephew attending BlueNetHospitals whilst on vacation and we are already making plans to return in 2022. They were fantastic to work with! We had a very busy and inconsistent schedule, but BlueNet was super accommodating and made sure we got every test done in a timely manner. The people we worked with spoke English fluently, and the few testers that did not were very patient and happy to communicate with a translate app. The testers went to great lengths to make sure our testing was conducted safely, and they were very kind to everyone. It was an extremely stressful week for me and the people at BlueNet took a lot of the pressure off by being timely, communicative, and efficient. One he was there the Doctors when to work and admitted him. The service was great and the update on the patient was always available. The staff was the most amazing I have seen. Read moreIn Cabo San Lucas, I had no idea what to expect, and couldn't be happier with my experience. Silly and gross, but a large piece of ear wax was stuck in my ear. I couldn't hear for 2 days. I went to the resort medical office and they couldn't do anything. The resort recommend BlueNet Hospitals. I got in fast. It was clean and the doctor was able to flush out my ear and relieve my discomfort (which we already tried at the resort). She was amazing and the entire staff was very friendly. To top it off they gave us a free ride back in their hospital vehicle. Hopefully you won’t have to visit them but if you do, call them first before you pay for a taxi.

Read moreMy daughter arrived with Bronchiolitis, a type of asthma, they gave her 4 rescue nebulizations, which Dr. Montaño told me from the beginning that if she did not react with it, we would have to intern her to break the spasm in her right lung. She spent 2 nights in observation, since the first night the girl evolved well, the doctor visited her and told me that she needed one more night to be able to discharge her 100% with the necessary care.
