¿What is Airway Obstruction?
It occurs when the upper airways become blocked, causing trouble breathing. The areas of the upper respiratory tract that can be damaged are throat (pharynx), trachea or larynx. 

Symptoms

  • Confusion
  • Suffocation
  • Breathing problems
  • Agitation
  • Cyanosis (bluish color to the skin)
  • Altered states of consciousness
  • Loss of consciousness
