From the moment my father was admitted, the care provided by the entire emergency department staff was excellent.
Dr. Lara is exceptional, and the quality of her work is reflected in the highly skilled team she works with.
Dr. Hernández was also excellent, always taking the time to answer any questions that arose and providing warm, compassionate care.
The nursing staff was very kind and efficient.
The room was kept impeccably clean at all times.

My partner Patricia Field and I were on a cruise out of San Pedro, Calif. On the 2nd day of the cruise Pat experienced a head injury in the shower. We went to the medical dept on the ship and they determined she needed a scan and sent her to Blue Net Hospitals in Los Cabos. The injury turned out to be a brain bleed which required surgery.
The surgery was performed and Pat spent several days in ICU with around the clock care. At this point we are planning our return home to Boston, MA.
The support and service Pat received from the surgeon to the executives to the drivers who got me to the hotel and back — everyone has been exceptional. Now we are looking for the next phase, our return home.
Thank yous for all the help we received is not enough to express our true gratitude.

Dr. Sinuhé Alvarez performed a hernia surgery to repair a groin hernia. Fantastic doctor. The staff at the hospital is amazing, every aspect from the help checking in to the RNs and administration. Especially Gaby Guevara in admissions and Daniela the follow up RN who took care of me after surgery. The hospital is clean and well kept. I would not hesitate to get other needed procedures in the future at BlueNet Hospital.
