I received excellent care! Every nurse and doctor were very attentive to all my needs. The surgical team in the OR made me feel safe and in good hands. I was surprised at the level of care here at BlueNet. My nurse Sandra slept in my room monitoring me all night.

Of all the hospitals in Los Cabos, this one has been my favorite (my son was born here 💙). This hospital holds a very special place in my heart.
In addition, we had an agreement with the hospital for several years, and the care has always been very personalized and compassionate.
I did not expect to be admitted so quickly. I had only come in on Saturday for an evaluation with Dr. Garza from CIFO due to a fracture of the fibula in my right leg. He and his entire medical team made me feel safe, cared for, and fully informed about the entire procedure I was going to undergo. Thank you very much for your warmth and excellent medical care.
At the end of the consultation, I was told that I needed to be admitted to the hospital because I required surgery. I have GNP insurance, and the admission process went smoothly; however, the release of the authorization letter took longer than expected, so I could not undergo surgery on Saturday. I completely understand that it was the weekend and that this delayed the process. Nevertheless, I am very grateful to the hospital for authorizing the surgery even without the letter. Thank you, Dr. Rivas.

From the moment we arrived at the emergency department, the staff was very attentive and provided excellent care. They were also very patient. I was very pleased with the recommended orthopedic specialist; communication was clear and professional.
The facilities were very pleasant, clean, and spacious. The nursing staff was attentive and professional.
The only downside was that the surgery was scheduled for 6:00 p.m., but it did not take place until 8:30 p.m.
