My experience as a patient at this wonderful hospital is difficult to put into words because everything was truly first-class.
From the moment I arrived, both the admissions staff and the senior management team made me feel welcome and well cared for, including the warm welcome I received once I was settled in my room.
I am grateful for all the attention and care provided by the nursing and housekeeping staff.
I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to our physician, Dr. Daniel Rodríguez, Cardiologist, as well as the Anesthesiologist and all the assistants and staff who participated in the “cardiac catheterization.” Special thanks to each of them, and to everyone, for giving me the opportunity to write these few lines.

I have no words to express my gratitude to all the staff at this wonderful hospital. I arrived barely able to walk or speak, without knowing what was causing my discomfort. I received immediate care, along with a detailed explanation of what was going to be done, the possible diagnosis, and almost immediate relief.
It is easy to see what a great team there is here. Everyone genuinely shows how much they care, and little by little, they were able to reach a diagnosis and provide the appropriate treatment.

From the moment I was admitted until I was discharged, I received efficient medical care. The nursing team was highly competent and provided compassionate and professional attention.
My diagnosis was not an easy one, but the doctors were very skilled in treating my condition, using advanced laboratory testing and appropriate medications. The procedures I underwent for the benefit of my health and my particular case were carried out using the best medical technology and with the support of the appropriate team of specialist doctors.
The food was of good quality and well presented, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the room and hospital areas clean.
We would like to thank Dr. Rivas for his valuable attention in this regard, because in a hospital, compassionate care goes hand in hand with professionalism.
