The follow-up with Cristina was excellent, and everything was very easy. From the moment I arrived at the nursing department, all the Nursing and Administration staff were very kind. They were attentive to my needs at all times and always had a positive attitude.

From the moment I arrived at the hospital, the doctors and the emergency department staff were very kind, attentive, and professional with me. Dr. Sinuhé examined me in the emergency department, explained my condition to me, and told me which method would be the best way to treat it. Once I was admitted, the nurses were very attentive to my needs and requirements.
A few hours later, the anesthesiologist visited me to explain the different types of anesthesia and which one would be administered for my surgery.
The care I received both before and after the surgery was excellent, provided by the doctors and nurses.

My name is Octavio G. Olvera G., as mentioned before. To begin, when I arrived, I was in a lot of pain and had a slight fever, but thanks to the very attentive staff, I was quickly attended to, and they helped alleviate both the pain and the fever.
When I was taken to my room, I immediately felt very comfortable and confident because everyone from the nursing staff treated me very well and with great kindness. Even without knowing any of the patients beforehand, they were all completely professional.
Honestly, I don’t remember all the names of the people who took care of me, but from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much to everyone. In general, I only remember a few names, such as Ángeles, Luis, Alondra, and Miriam. My apologies to everyone else, but honestly, my mind was very focused on my pain and on everything I was going through at the time. Nevertheless, I truly appreciate every bit of care and attention they provided to me.

My son, the patient, Axel Jesús Castro Leos, received wonderful care and was treated very well. The service at the hospital was excellent, from the doctors and nursing staff to all the employees throughout the hospital. The same excellent care was provided by the kitchen and cafeteria staff.
