My journey has been due to leukemia, and throughout the entire time I have been here, I have felt very well cared for, supported, and accompanied.
From the very beginning, the doctor has been very attentive, always clear and direct, and willing to explain every detail and every stage of the process.
I also want to sincerely thank everyone who has taken care of me during my stay. Alondra and Glendi were always very kind to me, and I especially want to recognize Daniela, Ángeles, and Sandra, who accompanied me through much of this journey.
I am especially grateful to Daniela for being with me during such a meaningful moment as when my hair was cut. I know it may seem like something small, but for me, it was a very important moment in everything I was going through.
I am very thankful to Ángeles for staying with me, caring for me, and keeping me company during some of my most vulnerable nights. I am equally grateful to Sandra, who was also there for me during difficult moments and was always very kind and attentive.
I leave deeply grateful for the care, patience, and kindness I received from everyone. In a journey like this, feeling supported, listened to, and treated with compassion and humanity makes a tremendous difference.
As for the food, overall it was good. I did have a few issues with some of the orders, and I mention this because during chemotherapy, appetite can be very difficult and unpredictable, so these details can also be very important for the patient.

Thank you for taking care of my husband when he was sick. The staff are all excellent, and we are very happy with how quickly and effectively the team worked to begin and continue his treatment. All the hospital staff were very kind throughout my 17-day hospital stay. From the moment I was admitted through the emergency department, the doctor explained my situation to me and followed up on my care.
All the doctors were very attentive and proactive, with a genuine interest in my progress.
